Light Manager to react to existing Somfy remotes

This is working great, thanks you so much!
Dear support,

It was working perfect until I had to change my Windows PC. On this new PC I installed Air Manager and launched it. This caused the erasing of the whole Light Manager config. By chance, I has kept the latest config.asc file and could re-upload the config. Then, I also upgraded FW to 9.9.
Everything was working back ok, until I notced the Light Manager is not able to receive RF commands from the Somfy remotes. Then I connected the Light Manager to the PC directly via USB, it worked again. Then I connected again to power supply the Light Manager. It was able to receive cRF commands during a while but then stopped to receive them again.

I have latest Light Manager 9.9.5.4 (why by the way takes long to launch) and Firmware 9.9.

Any idea how I could investigate the issue?

I changed again the power supply and place of the Light Manager and it seems to work now Smile

Hi again!
Hmmm at the end there is still an issue.
I see that after some time (not yet able to tell you how long), the Light Manager does not trigger the actions specified for the registered RF codes.
So yesterday, I last booted the Light Manager around 5pm. It was working perfectly well. When I tried today at 4pm, the issue appeared: no reaction to RF codes. So I unplugged/replugged the Light Manager Air and it worked again.
Seems the issue appears since I upgraded FW to 9.9.
How could we investigate?
Kind regards,
Yohann
I don't think it's Lightmanager problem, maybe WIFI issue?
What say's the Logfile?
If you don't have, here to activate

Zitat:9.9.5.4 (why by the way takes long to launch)
It normally doesn't takes long at all

It is strange because when I ask Light Manager to rise up or down my Somfy blinds, it works right away. This is Why I beleive my Wifi Connection is good, I never had any issue with my Fritzbox.

But now again, no more reaction to RF commands... so after 2 hours.

I did not manage to get any log: the event column remains empty, even if I ask Light manager to move up my blind...? Confusedhock:
Top left refresh?

Does not help..., table remains empty:

I also notice some strange characters in the airStudio since I reinstalled it on my new PC. Here is an example:

Hi again Smile
My Light Manager is only connected to its power supply. it is not connected in USB to my PC. Is this the reason why I don't get logs?
Kind regards,
Yohann
