Dear support,
It was working perfect until I had to change my Windows PC. On this new PC I installed Air Manager and launched it. This caused the erasing of the whole Light Manager config. By chance, I has kept the latest config.asc file and could re-upload the config. Then, I also upgraded FW to 9.9.
Everything was working back ok, until I notced the Light Manager is not able to receive RF commands from the Somfy remotes. Then I connected the Light Manager to the PC directly via USB, it worked again. Then I connected again to power supply the Light Manager. It was able to receive cRF commands during a while but then stopped to receive them again.
I have latest Light Manager 9.9.5.4 (why by the way takes long to launch) and Firmware 9.9.
Any idea how I could investigate the issue?

Hi again!
Hmmm at the end there is still an issue.
I see that after some time (not yet able to tell you how long), the Light Manager does not trigger the actions specified for the registered RF codes.
So yesterday, I last booted the Light Manager around 5pm. It was working perfectly well. When I tried today at 4pm, the issue appeared: no reaction to RF codes. So I unplugged/replugged the Light Manager Air and it worked again.
Seems the issue appears since I upgraded FW to 9.9.
How could we investigate?
Kind regards,
Yohann

It is strange because when I ask Light Manager to rise up or down my Somfy blinds, it works right away. This is Why I beleive my Wifi Connection is good, I never had any issue with my Fritzbox.
But now again, no more reaction to RF commands... so after 2 hours.
I did not manage to get any log: the event column remains empty, even if I ask Light manager to move up my blind...?

Hi again
My Light Manager is only connected to its power supply. it is not connected in USB to my PC. Is this the reason why I don't get logs?
Kind regards,
Yohann
